In October, AAE Gamit organized a study visit to Kötschach-Mauthen in Austria, offering locals from Griže – Veliko Polje and Dolenja vas an opportunity to explore inspiring examples of renewable energy implementation. The program included visits to innovative energy sites, showcasing how wind, solar, and hydroelectric power are seamlessly integrated into sustainable energy solutions.
The group started by visiting an Agri-PV farm and an e-charging park, highlighting cutting-edge developments in agricultural solar energy and sustainable transportation. The tour continued to the alpine small wind park at Plöckenpass, followed by a scenic walk to Grün- and Cellonsee, offering insights into the harmonious coexistence of renewable energy and nature. The visit concluded with a tour of a unique hydro-solar power station nestled in the Carnic Dolomites.
